Diane’s therapeutic approach is compassionate and respectful, creating a safe and non-judgmental environment for clients to explore their concerns. Her work is grounded in Gestalt Therapy principles, combined with Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), enabling clients to recognise and shift self-limiting beliefs and behaviours.

Body Image & Mindful Eating Program

Diane developed an acclaimed Body Image and Mindful Eating Program for adults, based on over 17 years working in the area. This program is now accessible worldwide, online. 

Global Perspective & Experience

Diane’s career includes time living in New Zealand and Singapore, and engaging with diverse cultures across Canada and Asia. She has been a guest lecturer at universities, including Tri Chandra Campus in Nepal and the University of Notre Dame in Western Australia. Diane designed and facilitated trauma-informed play therapy training for mental health professionals in Nepal.
