If you would like to access individual support and transform the way you think, feel and experience your body Diane McGeachy is an experienced psychologist and psychotherapist. She has over 17 years of experience working in the area of body image, eating disorders and mindful eating. Diane offers tailored one-on-one coaching designed to support individuals seeking a healthier, more compassionate relationship with their bodies.

There is no specific number of sessions an individual requires. Diane will work closely with you to explore the roots of your body image concerns, develop healthier thought patterns, and build self-compassion and acceptance with yourself. Individual appointments are thoughtfully structured to respect each person’s unique journey, fostering a space of safety, acceptance, and self-discovery. Whether it’s understanding complex emotions around food, a complex trauma history or learning to appreciate your body as it is, Diane’s approach is one of empathy, understanding, and evidence-based practice.

Individuals can work through the online program whilst attending individual appointments. For some this may help to achieve maximum impact and benefit. The six-week course, designed to deepen your understanding and provide practical tools, complements your sessions, enabling growth and learning at your own pace. Diane’s coaching can be accessed conveniently through Zoom or Microsoft Teams allowing you to benefit from guidance wherever you are.
